BRAUN GRIDIRON™ Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of braungridiron.com and its tools, pages, and data (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Andy Braun, doing business as Braun Gridiron ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational and entertainment use only

The Site offers free fantasy football tools, including a trade calculator, draft tools, and a start/sit tool. Everything on the Site is for general information and entertainment only. It is not professional, financial, or legal advice.

2. No betting advice

The Site is a fantasy football resource. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not give betting advice, picks, or odds. Do not use the Site as a basis for any wager. If you choose to gamble anywhere, that decision is yours alone. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

3. No guarantees

Our values, projections, scores, and rankings are outputs of models built on past data and assumptions. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Player news, injuries, and schedules change quickly. We do not guarantee any result, including the outcome of any trade, draft, lineup, or league.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OPERATION. We do not promise that the Site will be available at any time, including on game days.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, WINNINGS, PRIZES, ENTRY FEES, OR LEAGUE STANDING, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some laws do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for your own personal, noncommercial fantasy football use. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk download the Site or its data beyond reasonable personal use, or use bots in a way that burdens the Site;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code or models, except where the law expressly allows it despite this limit;
• copy, resell, or republish the Site's tools, values, or rankings as your own product or service;
• interfere with the Site's security, hosting, or ads, or click ads in a fraudulent way;
• use the Site to break any law, including gambling laws where you live; or
• frame the Site or use our name to suggest we endorse you.

We may block or limit access by anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Our intellectual property

We own the Site's design, text, code, models, formulas as expressed on the Site, values, rankings, and the BRAUN GRIDIRON™ name and logo, except for third-party material described below. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the Site. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without payment or credit.

8. Data sources and attribution

Player, roster, injury, schedule, and statistics data come from nflverse and are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY 4.0). We process and change this data to build our own projections and values. nflverse does not endorse the Site. Your own reuse of nflverse data is governed by that license, not by these Terms.

9. Trademarks and no affiliation

BRAUN GRIDIRON is an independent fantasy football resource operated by Andy Braun, doing business as Braun Gridiron. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Braun GmbH, Procter and Gamble, the National Football League (NFL), any NFL team, or the NFL Players Association (NFLPA). It is also not affiliated with ESPN or Sleeper.

Team names, team abbreviations, and player names appear in plain text only to identify the subject of the data. All trademarks belong to their owners. We do not use league or team logos or player likenesses.

10. Third-party ads and links

The Site may show ads served by Google AdSense and may link to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party ads, products, websites, or their privacy practices. An ad or link is not our endorsement. We block gambling and betting ad categories, but filters are not perfect. If you see an ad that seems out of place, tell us at hello@braungridiron.com.

11. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for users in the United States who are 13 or older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under 18, use the Site only with a parent or guardian's permission.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply from that date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms.

14. Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a part is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. Sections 3 through 9 and 12 survive after you stop using the Site.
